Brian Post has been a Fitness Specialist in the Activity-Based Locomotor Exercise (ABLE) Program since 2012. The ABLE program is an intensive fitness and wellness program designed for individuals with paralysis or neurological diagnoses. Brian has enjoyed developing working relationships with clients and witnessing their breakthroughs.
Upon receiving his bachelor’s degree in kinesiology, Brian spent a year and half as an outpatient therapy aide prior to joining the ABLE program.
In his free time Brian enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, volunteering with adaptive sports, traveling, and following local sports teams.
