Something I’ve learned from my patients is: how to have a positive outlook on a not-so-good situation and making the most of it – this is truly inspiring!
My personal health challenge is: making sure I get exercise regularly and not dismiss it as 'not important' or something I will do later.
If I wasn’t a provider, I would be: an aerobics instructor.
My hero is: my mother – she has always been someone who has given me unwavering support, guidance and nurturing.
My personal health goal is: to strive for balance.
Most people don’t know that: I played the harp in my college orchestra and also played women’s rugby.
