Facing mental health challenges can be overwhelming, but you aren’t alone. You’ll get compassionate support in a welcoming group environment guided by a licensed mental health professional.
How to get care
You’ll take an assessment and get a referral for treatment. During your assessment, you’ll learn which treatment is right for you and find the best support for your needs – partial hospitalization or day treatment.
What to expect
Partial hospitalization lasts for three weeks on average. Group therapy happens daily Monday-Friday, and each session lasts for six hours.
You’ll also meet with a provider for medication management two to three times a week. You'll have multispecialty support from psychiatric providers, therapists, nurses and other mental health experts.
Day treatment is a less intensive program that lasts 10-12 weeks, during which you’ll attend three-hour group discussions three days per week. Individual therapy and medication management aren’t included.
