If you’re in the Champlin area and looking for an urgent care near you so you can be seen now – or perhaps your primary care provider is not available – head to urgent care. Our Champlin Clinic urgent care is open until 8 p.m. on weekday evenings and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. We’re closed on holidays.
Walk-ins are always welcome. You can also let us know you’re coming with On My Way.

The Champlin Clinic urgent care is conveniently located off Highway 169 near the corner of Elm Creek Parkway and Jefferson Highway. You’ll find it easy to get in and out quickly with plenty of free on-site parking.
