Transforming pain shared medical visit
The Transforming Pain Shared Medical Visit is a non-drug approach to treating chronic pain. It combines the latest evidence-based neuroscience understanding of chronic pain with the wisdom of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). The program uses group synergy, mindfulness, tai chi, qi gong and education to reduce your pain and improve your quality of life. The program consists of eight weekly visits of two and a half hours. There is also one follow-up appointment approximately eight weeks after program completion.
