How I spend my free time: I spend my free time weightlifting, rock climbing, paddle boarding and jogging.

Favorite health tip: Wear shoes that fit properly with a wide enough toe box to fit your toes comfortably.
Practice philosophy: To treat foot and ankle pain in the least invasive way possible and to only provide surgical intervention when conservative methods have failed.
