Why did you become a provider? When did you know this was the career for you? I grew up listening to stories of my great grandmother working in the nursery at a local hospital. As a child, her passion and enthusiasm sparked a desire in me to help others just as she did.
What is something you have learned from your patients? How important it is to listen and have compassion.
