I am a board-certified doctor of chiropractic. My professional interests include headaches, spinal and extremity rehabilitation, spinal stabilization, acute injury and non-surgical treatment of disc herniations. I offer face-to-face virtual visits for a variety of health services and conditions.
Best part of my work: Meeting with a patient for the first time and discovering what the problem is and how to best treat it.
Why I became a provider: I had back pain when in college which did not improve until I was seen by a chiropractor. This experience opened my eyes to the concept of treating the cause, not just the symptoms.
What I tell my friends and family: Be happy. Try to enjoy the moment and get perspective.
How I spend my free time: Reading, mountain biking, golf or most any other outdoor adventure.
What patients say about me: I'm often told that I take the time to listen and explain the problem.
Favorite health tip: If you don't want to do something, it's probably something you should be doing.
Practice philosophy: Clearly explain the diagnosis, implement a trial of care including patient-specific exercises and explain what the patient should avoid doing while healing.
