I strongly believe that all medical care should be individualized to the needs and goals of each patient. I disagree with a "cook book" approach to medical care. No two injuries are the same, and no two patients are the same. I feel it is important to learn from the patient what their goals and expectations are at each visit, so their care can be tailored to their needs.
