John Nguyen received his medical doctor (MD) degree from Louisiana State University of Medicine and completed his internal medicine residency, cardiology and cardiac electrophysiology fellowships at the University of Minnesota, where he also received a master of public health in epidemiology.
He joined private practice at Metropolitan Heart and Vascular Institute in 2009 and sees patients in consultations for heart disease and heart rhythm disorders.
In his spare time Nguyen enjoys spending time with his wife and children. He enjoys watching movies, traveling and following the Louisiana State University Tigers football team.
