Elisa S. Wright, MD

As a Fellow of the American College of OB/GYN, Dr Wright has dedicated her professional career to caring for women in all stages of their lives from the adolescent to the mature woman. She is especially trained in dealing with menopausal issues as a certified menopausal clinician. Her hope is to empower women to take control of their own health by encouraging a healthy lifestyle. During her extensive experience in obstetrics, she works with her patients to provide the best birthing experience and outcomes for both mother and baby.

Dr. Wright was born in Miami, Florida but after living in Minnesota for 30 years has grown to enjoy the snow and has even taken up skiing as a hobby. She began her Minnesota practice of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Park Nicollet Medical Center before joining Diamond Women’s Center in 1987. She is married to her husband Joseph and has two daughters and two grandchildren. As much as she enjoys skiing her passion is tennis and like her mother, she plans on playing well into her nineties.
