Cynthia A. Sherman, MD

I completed my undergraduate work at Barnard College, Columbia University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. I received my medical degree from Yale University School of Medicine. I performed my internship at New York University Medical Center, and my residency at the University of Rochester Medical Center, Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, New York. My fellowship in Gastroenterology was completed at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, Montefiore Hospital.

I am Board Certified, both in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology.

My special interests include general Gastroenterology and Inflammatory Bowel Disease.

During my leisure time, I enjoy outdoor activities and the theater.
