Robert W. Smith, M.D. graduated from the University of Minnesota Medical School. He completed his residency in Otolaryngology- Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Minnesota.
Dr. Smith has received Board Certification from the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery. He is also a Fellow in both the American Academy of Otolaryngology and the American College of Surgeons.
Prior to joining our practice, Dr. Smith served as an Assistant Professor at the University of Minnesota Medical School. His special areas of interest include diseases of the ear as well as head and neck surgical oncology.
In addition to his dedication to the health of our community, Dr. Smith also dedicates his expertise and time to our global community. As a member of medical mission trips, Dr. Smith performs life-changing surgeries for those who otherwise would not have access to specialty medical care.
Dr. Smith is on staff at all of the Saint Paul area hospitals and has been caring for our community as a physician of Midwest ENT Specialists since 1992.
Dr. Smith sees patients in St. Paul, Maplewood and Woodbury.
