I am a Team Care Provider (TCP) and help cover appointments, online messages and calls as an extension of your care team. I work with Dr. Hentges, Dr. Gunn, Dr. Wilkening, Dr. Westling, and Katie Moritz, NP, and am able to help when your primary care provider does not have availability. While patients are unable to establish regular care with me, I diagnose, treat and manage various health conditions, order diagnostic tests, prescribe medications and provide patient education and counseling, keeping your provider informed along the way.

What are you passionate about and why? I’m passionate about caring for the whole person - mind and body - because mental health is the cornerstone of physical health and quality of life. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where patients feel heard and empowered to take an active role in their well-being.
What is your personal health goal? To live the health and balance I encourage in my patients.
What is the best thing you've done for your health or the best health advice you've received? I try to live by the belief that true health is balance - everything in moderation and plenty of joy.
