If you weren't a health care provider, what would you be? I would be a journalist or an interior designer.
Why did you become a provider? When did you know this was the career for you? I have always found meaning in building connections with others through stories of growth, struggles, hopes, and fears. I feel honored to be able to share that connection with patients in my work.
What is something you have learned from your patients? How resilience can show up even in the most difficult circumstances. Healing isn't about moving quickly or perfectly but continuing to move even just one small step at a time.
What is the best thing you've done for your health or the best health advice you've received? The best thing I have ever done for my health is taking time to engage in self-care activities whether that is going for long walks, spending time with my pets, or coloring.
