Practice philosophy: My practice philosophy centers on creating a safe, supportive space to join in a healing journey. I work with patients facing trauma, anxiety, depression, identity questions, and relationship struggles. I use an attachment-based, relational, and somatic approach, focusing on both mind and body. I welcome spiritual practices and aim to help patients move from pain and shame toward feeling more connected, confident, and purpose driven.
What are you passionate about and why? I'm passionate about helping people heal from hard experiences and find meaning in life. I support all gender identities and focus on self-exploration, big-picture thinking, and growth. I want therapy to be a safe space where people feel seen, heard, and understood.
