Using a holistic, mind-body approach, I partner with my patients to formulate a comprehensive treatment plan to include evidence based medication management, therapy, mindfulness, lifestyle modifications through diet and exercises, as well as various self care modalities.
What are you passionate about and why? I am passionate about empowering my patients with the tools, knowledge, and resources needed to live the life they have always imagined for themselves.
If you weren't a health care provider, what would you be? In another life, I would have been a wedding planner - helping make dreams become a reality!
What is something you have learned from your patients? Healing is not linear - it is full of twists and turns. It is important to walk the path of healing and growth alongside your patients and to always meet them where they are at.
