What are you passionate about and why? Giving power to women to make their own informed decisions.

If you weren't a health care provider, what would you be? A chef.

Why did you become a provider? When did you know this was the career for you? I have always wanted to be a midwife, but even more so when a midwife helped me deliver my first child after 24 hours of labor.

What is something you have learned from your patients? Everyone is worth our time and that they deserve to be treated with respect.

What is one of the challenges of this career you enjoy? And why? Most challenging is the unexpected outcomes, but I enjoy being part of one of the most profound moments of a woman's life by bringing another person into the world.

What is your personal health goal? To be physically and mentally ready for my patients.

What is the best thing you've done for your health or the best health advice you've received? To take time for myself even if it's one hour to reset and be the best person for my patient's and family.

What are you most proud of? I am most proud of my service to the communities we serve, and passionately supporting mothers and their babies when they need help the most.

What are a few of your personal achievements? My personal achievements include: academic qualifications, my professional experience in obstetrics and healthcare, and a track record for being hardworking, reliable and integrous.
