Practice philosophy: Each patient is unique with different desires and goals. I am to achieve reconstructive and aesthetic goals to make patients feel comfortable in their own skin, attending to individual goals.

What are you passionate about and why? I am passionate about the incredible reach of plastic surgery via reconstruction, and achieving individual patient goals through individualized approaches, attention to aesthetics and function.

If you weren't a health care provider, what would you be? An artist.

Why did you become a provider? When did you know this was the career for you? Inspired by my father, and his care for his patients, I knew from a young age I wanted to pursue medicine. Plastic surgery was the natural combination of art and medicine for me.

What is something you have learned from your patients? Gratefulness, and the relativity of this life.

What is one of the challenges of this career you enjoy? And why? Reconstructive challenges with demand for aesthetics.
