What is something you have learned from your patients? No two patients are the same. Each individual that you encounter has their own set of needs and goals in order to improve their quality of life.
What is one of the challenges of this career you enjoy? And why? No two patients with hearing loss are alike. Customizing hearing devices/accessories for patients to make sure their health and personal goals are being achieved is a great challenge in this field.
What is the best thing you've done for your health or the best health advice you've received? Putting an emphasis on "whole person healthcare". Making sure the mind and body are connected are equally cared for.
