What is the best thing you've done for your health or the best health advice you've received? Yoga, meditation and self reflection.

What are a few of your personal achievements? Developed an Integrated Cancer Pain Management service at the University of Minnesota. Vice Chair - Cancer Pain Special Interest Group, ASRA. Pain Medicine Site Fellowship Director, UMN.
