Practice philosophy: Treating every patient as if they were a family member or friend of mine by giving them the same dedication, time and commitment.

What are you passionate about and why? I am passionate about quality living and living life to the fullest. I think that comes from my mother dying from a 7 year battle of breast cancer. We only get one life and we should be living it to the fullest we can.

If you weren't a health care provider, what would you be? I would probably be a veterinarian.

Why did you become a provider? When did you know this was the career for you? I became a provider because I thoroughly enjoy taking care of patients. I knew this was the career for me when I was in high school.

What is something you have learned from your patients? Every patient has a different journey and different insights to life and it’s helped me learn to appreciate the little things.

What is one of the challenges of this career you enjoy? And why? Difficult diagnosis or decisions that have to be made for patients are always challenging but using critical thinking, resources, and collaboration, to put the puzzle together and see it working.

What is your personal health goal? I would like to complete a half marathon in the next year.

What is the best thing you've done for your health or the best health advice you've received? Adding in weight training has been great for my health. The best health advice I have received was to always keep moving and staying active.
