What are you passionate about and why? I am passionate about educating and connecting with individuals on food and nutrition.

If you weren't a health care provider, what would you be? I would be a nutrition professor.

Why did you become a provider? When did you know this was the career for you? My mom always educated me on the importance of health. After working for a chiropractor I knew that I wanted to learn more about wellness and nutrition.

What is something you have learned from your patients? From my patients, I have learned that everyone's health journey is unique to them.

What is one of the challenges of this career you enjoy? And why? The challenges that I enjoy from this career is that I learn more from this field when I listen more and speak less.

What is your personal health goal? Taste or learn about as many different herbs and produce that I can learn about.

What is the best thing you've done for your health or the best health advice you've received? The best health advise, well quote, that I received was from my dear friend, which was, "Motivation gets you started consistency keeps you going."

What are you most proud of? I am most proud of hearing clients success stories.

What are a few of your personal achievements? My personal achievements are finishing my master's in public health and my 2 kids.
