Practice philosophy: To treat all people with respect and kindness. I want to educate people on how their body works, what might not be working well, and how we can make it better. I will always be honest, but I deliver the facts with compassion. My goal is to partner with patients to help keep their mind and body strong and healthy for many years.
Why did you become a provider? When did you know this was the career for you? Being a doctor is the coolest job out there! I get to learn everyday about how the body works and share that with others. I love getting to know people and learning more about them.
What is your personal health goal? To be able to go hiking with my future grandchildren when I'm older.
What is the best thing you've done for your health or the best health advice you've received? Pray daily, invest in friendships, eat real food, keep moving your body.
