What are you passionate about and why? I am passionate about teaching patient's techniques to improve self-efficacy and independence through exercise. My goal is for everyone to leave our sessions having learned something new in order to better their health.
What is the best thing you've done for your health or the best health advice you've received? The best advice I've received is to find the thing you like to do and do it, whether that be running, walking, biking, etc. We will always be more consistent with activity if it's something we enjoy.
