Practice philosophy: As a medical provider, I am an educator, patient advocate, and promoter of good health practices. I want my practice to reflect a genuine concern for every person entrusting in my care and to be a source of encouragement, knowledge, and hope.
What are you passionate about and why? I am passionate about helping my patients live a healthier lifestyle to improve their overall well-being. I believe it is important to exercise, eat a balanced diet, and find time to relax, because fueling the body with multiple sources is sustainable and leads to more energy!
If you weren't a health care provider, what would you be? A teacher.
Why did you become a provider? When did you know this was the career for you? I knew I wanted to become a provider since middle school. My provider supported my through my health journey and I want to be that supporter and source of encouragement for my patients.
What is one of the challenges of this career you enjoy? And why? The constant change of medicine. There is always something to learn and I enjoy being able to expand my knowledge to help my community.
What is the best thing you've done for your health or the best health advice you've received? Make sure to care for yourself and focus on you mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
