Practice philosophy: My philosophy is grounded in the conviction that I am uniquely positioned to positively impact my patients and help improve their health. I believe in creating an atmosphere that supports strong provider and patient relationships based on respect for my patient’s beliefs and desires for their health and freedom of choice. To provide individualized care to my clients by acknowledging their unique situations, educating patients and their families, and providing compassionate, high-quality care.

What are you passionate about and why? I am passionate about quality time with family and friends, healthcare, and making a positive difference in the world. I enjoy the challenge, detective work in medicine, and interaction with my patients and their families.

If you weren't a health care provider, what would you be? I would be a stay-at-home dad if I were not a healthcare provider.

Why did you become a provider? When did you know this was the career for you? I come from a place where healthcare is unattainable to many, and I wanted to be a part of the solution. I knew it was my forever career because work never felt like work.

What is something you have learned from your patients? I have learned that each patient is unique, with interesting and exciting stories. They have families and friends who matter to them, and there is more to them than their illnesses.

What is one of the challenges of this career you enjoy? And why? There is an art to practicing medicine, and it is fun striving to perfect it. I also love that this profession requires a dedication to lifelong learning because I enjoy being a student.

What is your personal health goal? My personal health goal is to eat healthier and exercise more.

What is the best thing you've done for your health or the best health advice you've received? I enjoy exercising by doing things I like, such as hiking, soccer, basketball, biking, and running.

What are you most proud of? I am exceptionally proud of being a father, husband, son, and brother. I am surrounded by the most amazing people who have enriched my life in unimaginable ways.

What are a few of your personal achievements? I speak English, Mankon, and West African Pidgin English.
