Practice philosophy: I strive to meet patients where they are at with empathy and support. I aim to utilize my knowledge and experience to provide a treatment plan that works for my each patient. I work to empower patients to make changes to prevent and treat their illness. I consider it a privilege to spend time with each patient that I meet.
What are you passionate about and why? I am passionate about treating people beyond what you can see on the outside. I enjoy discussing patients mental health and background to help understand them beyond their skin. This often provides answers for treatment that cater to each patient's specific needs.
What is the best thing you've done for your health or the best health advice you've received? Keep learning and growing. I am always finding new ways to challenge myself through exercise, reading & podcasts. I find this is the best way to empower oneself for change.
What are a few of your personal achievements? I have run a marathon and several 1/2 marathons
