What are you passionate about and why? I am passionate about self care. The best way to take care of others is to take care of oneself.
If you weren't a health care provider, what would you be? I’d either be the commissioner of the NFL or the General Manager for the Green Bay Packers.
Why did you become a provider? When did you know this was the career for you? I became a Nurse Practitioner so I could provide a holistic approach to the care I delivered to my patients.
What is something you have learned from your patients? I have learned that everyone has a story, that every story should be told, and every story should be heard. I always want my patients to feel heard and cared about.
What is your personal health goal? I’d like to compete in a body building competition.
What is the best thing you've done for your health or the best health advice you've received? Self-care is the best thing I’ve done for my overall health. This comes in many forms including, weight lifting, cardio, sleep, good food, and keeping great friends.
What are you most proud of? I am proud of many things, including obtaining a masters degree, traveling the world, and having an amazing network of friends.
What are a few of your personal achievements? Running and completing a marathon, and Body building
