Why did you become a provider? When did you know this was the career for you? Had a strong interest in nutrition science and also helping people improve their relationship with food.

What is the best thing you've done for your health or the best health advice you've received? Drink plenty of water throughout the day and find time to be active.
What are a few of your personal achievements? I trained and completed the Medtronic TC marathon in 2009.
