My goal is to improve my patients' quality of life and their best health by working together to accomplish a desired goal. Patients can expect empathy and a partnership in decision making

What are you passionate about and why? Orthopedics- its collaboration and teamwork. I am very passionate about volunteering and giving back to the focused on building healthier communities. I find it very rewarding to make a positive Impact on others. I also love traveling and learning about other cultures.

If you weren't a health care provider, what would you be? Businesswoman. I had worked in the International business involves cross-border transactions

Why did you become a provider? When did you know this was the career for you? This became a natural choice. I always enjoy working with people and helping them maintain happy and healthy lifestyles. I never get bored of caring for my patients.

What is something you have learned from your patients? Care and Cure is all about collaboration and teamwork with all healthcare professionals and patients. I am the co-pilot through my patients’ healing journey from their injuries to recovery.

What is one of the challenges of this career you enjoy? And why? The complexity of Orthopedics is always challenging. One size never fits all. However, it is rewarding to reach a resolution by team collaboration

What is your personal health goal? Be Physically Active, Be Grateful, Laugh More, and Get Enough Good Sleep if possible

What is the best thing you've done for your health or the best health advice you've received? Be physically active and spend time with family and friends, and enjoy good food and laughs

What are you most proud of? Raising my two happy boys, Nathan and Caleb.

What are a few of your personal achievements? My DNP, one of 5 degrees, is the personal achievement as the first generation of immigrant and self-funded. My motto is, "Never stop learning and stay in a positive attitude."
