What are you passionate about? And why? I studied anthropology and international studies in college and I am interested in how culture affects health.
If I wasn’t a provider, I would be a: Social worker because I enjoy connecting people with resources that can improve their circumstances.
Why did you become a provider? When did you know this was the career for you? I chose family medicine because I enjoy building long term, close relationships with patients and their families. This is what makes medicine meaningful to me.
My personal health goal is: Walk with my dogs every day.
What is the best thing you’ve done for your health or the best health advice you’ve received? When making lifestyle changes. focus on one small change at a time. Trying to do too much at once can be overwhelming and impede progress.
