Practice philosophy: I work with your providers, educate about medications and conditions, and adjust medications to maximize their effect. I will take action to correct drug therapy problems and follow up to ensure a resolution. I combine clinical evidence and personal preference with the goal of empowering people to make informed decisions about their medications and about their health.
What are you passionate about and why? I am passionate about empowering patients, bringing joy to others, and making people feel heard.
If you weren't a health care provider, what would you be? I always thought it would be neat to work at a Minnesota State Park!
What is one of the challenges of this career you enjoy? And why? Pharmacy and medicine are ever evolving disciplines. Every day there are new things to discover. Being a pharmacist is to be a lifelong learner!
What is the best thing you've done for your health or the best health advice you've received? Learned how to cook zucchini (I use it in everything now!) and adopted a cat from the humane society (instant stress relief!)
