What is one of the challenges of this career you enjoy? And why? Every day is different and you never know what is going to happen.
What is the best thing you've done for your health or the best health advice you've received? You can eat your way through any amount of exercise and you are, literally, what you eat. Try to balance your diet between fruits, veggies, proteins, and carbohydrates instead of limiting yourself.
What are a few of your personal achievements?
- I've completed one marathon, seven half-marathons, and multiples 10k's and 5k's in between.
- I've travelled to four continents.
