Something I have learned from my patients is: The doctor/provider’s office is an important place. A visit can make a real difference to someone, even if just through listening and caring.
One of the challenges of this career that I enjoy is (and why): I like helping patients process their own challenges and exploring ways forward together. It’s like going on a journey with someone and it's challenging because it's significant.
What is the best thing you’ve done for your health or the best health advice you've received? "Think about what you are doing with your time, and what you are putting in your mind”(Bobby McFerrin).
