What are you passionate about and why? Helping people feel better and move better. Educating patients on the simple things they can do in their daily life to live more comfortably.

If you weren't a health care provider, what would you be? Weather forecaster

Why did you become a provider? When did you know this was the career for you? I have wanted to be a chiropractor since middle school. The chiropractor I saw then for back pain was so helpful. I wanted to do the same for others.

What is something you have learned from your patients? Getting old is not easy or comfortable.

What is one of the challenges of this career you enjoy? And why? Educating people on the benefits of chiropractic. It's amazing to see someone who is doubting the benefits have a change of heart after feeling better.

What is your personal health goal? To keep moving

What is the best thing you've done for your health or the best health advice you've received? Stay active and stay hydrated.

What are you most proud of? My ability to connect with people and help them to feel better.

What are a few of your personal achievements? Finishing Ironman triathlon 2 times. Completing an animal chiropractic program and becoming licensed in MN (simply because I wanted to).
