What is your practice philosophy? I strive to provide a judgment free space where patients can feel safe to discuss concerns regarding their physical, mental, and sexual health. I utilize evidence-based medicine to empower patients to make decisions regarding their health that helps them to meet their personal goals for health and wellness.
What are you passionate about? And why? I’m passionate about access to healthcare and addressing health disparities.
If I wasn’t a provider, I would be a: A pastry chef!
Why did you become a provider? When did you know this was the career for you? I worked in a variety of health-related fields for years. Following the birth of my twins I knew I wanted to expand my knowledge base and ability to provide care. I completed graduate school and medical school with the goal of becoming an OB/GYN.
My personal health goal is: To continue to try new activities and to learn new skills that keep me outdoors year-round.
What are you most proud of? My three children make me proud every day. They are always up for a new adventure and inspire me to stay active.
