One of the challenges of this career that I enjoy is (and why): I love medicine, especially oncology and the rapidly evolving cancer care we provide to patients.
My personal health goal is: Have consistent routine related to healthy eating, exercise and living mindfully.
What is the best thing you’ve done for your health or the best health advice you’ve received? Get a full 8 hours of sleep every night, rest is medicine too!
