Practice philosophy: I try to be on time and prepared for each visit. Understanding the patient’s history and reviewing their record allows me to learn more so that I can explain what is going on. I do not shy away from sharing uncertainties.
What are you passionate about and why? I believe in a need for detailed patient education for patients to make decisions about their available choices. I enjoy helping my patients understand the value of complex medical procedures. I believe that close cooperation between the patient and doctor ensures the best possible quality of care.
What are you most proud of? I have special interest and training in cardiovascular imaging, including cardiac MRI and cardiac CT angiography (an X-ray to see inside blood vessels). These two newest techniques allow for meticulous definition of cardiac morphology and structure, specifically in challenging clinical cases.
