What is your practice philosophy? To provide patient-centered care and education with the shared goal to improve pain, to maximize patient function and quality of life, allowing patients to return to their everyday life and activity. 

What are you passionate about? And why? Health and well-being. There are tons of personal benefits and benefits for the entire community when health and well-being are emphasized. 

If I wasn’t a provider, I would be a: I would be an engineer as I am often curious about how things work or how they are made. It would be rewarding to create and improve products or systems that impact our society.        

Why did you become a provider? When did you know this was the career for you? I always knew I wanted to help people and found interest in human anatomy and health, ultimately leading me to a career in healthcare as a medical provider. Having my own injuries as an athlete, I was drawn to orthopedics and being able to help patients get back to doing [...] again.   

My personal health goal is: Ride my bicycle as a form of transportation when time allows for it. Incorporate exercise and activity into daily life. 

What is the best thing you’ve done for your health or the best health advice you’ve received? Create routines and stick to them. When I’ve strayed away from my fitness and health routines I know how it negatively affects both my physical and mental health.
