What are you passionate about and why? Helping patients discover ways to incorporate exercise and movement into their lives in order to increase their level physical activity and improve their quality of life.
If you weren't a health care provider, what would you be? An investigative journalist
Why did you become a provider? When did you know this was the career for you? Movement and physical activity have always been a part of my life. I enjoying working with people and getting to know them so that I may help them improve their mobility and achieve their goals.
What is something you have learned from your patients? What works for one person may not work for another. We all have unique experiences that dictate what the best physical therapy approach will be.
What is one of the challenges of this career you enjoy? And why? Constantly learning and keeping up with the latest research in order to best serve patients.
What is your personal health goal? Maintain a physically active lifestyle so I can take advantage of all experiences life has to offer,
What is the best thing you've done for your health or the best health advice you've received? A little goes a long way. Start small to make healthy changes.
What are you most proud of? My academic accomplishments and my family.
