Practice philosophy: Everyone comes to therapy with different backgrounds, strengths, experiences, and interests. I enjoy the diversity of diagnoses, backgrounds, cultures, and personalities that my patients bring. I strive to work with my patients to find the treatment approach that works best for them.
What are you passionate about and why? Equity in healthcare- everyone should have the opportunity to receive safe and appropriate care regardless of their background. Physical therapy should be a judgment-free zone and comfortable space.
What is something you have learned from your patients? My patients are capable of amazing things. I am always learning new things during sessions with my patients!
What is your personal health goal? Eating a balanced variety of foods, doing some type of movement each day.
What is the best thing you've done for your health or the best health advice you've received? Working out doesn't have to be any one specific thing, and it doesn't have to take a lot of time. Make small attainable goals that you can be consistent with. Do activities you enjoy!
