Practice philosophy: I understand that no two patients are alike. I see it as a privilege to get to know you and your unique story. I will listen carefully and have your best interest in mind. I believe that body and mind belong together. I will meet you and your family where you are and help you navigate the process.
Why did you become a provider? When did you know this was the career for you? Life is about the positive traces you leave behind. I believe that medicine and especially the field of oncology, as a science and art, has the potential to be a highly impactful profession.
What is the best thing you've done for your health or the best health advice you've received? “Deeply caring (and therefore accepting to be vulnerable) is the reflection of an intact soul.” This advice came from a very dear friend.
What are you most proud of? Boarded in Internal Medicine and Medical Oncology; Awarded National Institute of Health (NIH) Ruth L. Kirschstein National Research Service Award (NRSA) to investigate novel nanoparticle based cancer treatments; Awarded Emory University Chester Rochfort Research Scholarship in Oncology
