What is your practice philosophy? I love to learn, and that’s very important in my patient care philosophy. I want to know about you and your background. I strive to understand the latest developments so that I can provide state-of-the-art care. I want to hear about ways you think we can provide better care for you and others
What are you passionate about and why? I am interested in looking for ways to provide better patient care. If there is something that you find that you do not like about your medical care experience, I would like to hear about it so that I can try to figure out a way to make things better for you and potentially others as well.
Why did you become a provider? When did you know this was the career for you? I enjoy helping people. Becoming a clinician was a natural fit. I want to be a source of strength for my patients, and I’m privileged to provide medical care.
What is the best thing you've done for your health or the best health advice you've received? My uncle told me he learned it never helps to lose your temper. I really have taken that advice to heart. I pride myself on maintaining composure even when something doesn’t go as it should.
What are you most proud of? I am a member of the American Society of Hematology and the American Society of Clinical Oncology.
