What is your practice philosophy? To promote the use of daily activities (occupations) to encourage well-being, health, and happiness in life.
What are you passionate about? And why? I am passionate about helping people live their best lives through learning strategies and gaining skills after an illness or injury.
If I wasn’t a provider, I would be a: Cake decorator because I love the creativity I am able to express, trying new ideas, and share my love for baking with others!
One of the challenges of this career that I enjoy is (and why): Treating people during a difficult time in their life when things may be frustrating and discouraging while working to empower and provide them with the skills they need to succeed.
What is the best thing you’ve done for your health or the best health advice you’ve received? Implementing regular exercise into my daily life. It makes me feel more energized, capable, and well-balanced.
