What is your practice philosophy? Collaborative and individual/family centered hearing and communication care.
What are you passionate about? And why? Counseling about communication strategies and the effects of hearing loss not only for the individual but for their families and communities as well.
If I wasn’t a provider, I would be a: If it wasn’t for allergies, I would love to be a veterinarian or a dog trainer because I love animals.
Why did you become a provider? When did you know this was the career for you? For the last 30 plus years, I have worked with individuals with hearing loss and their families in many capacities. I am now excited to bring my experiences to the field of Audiology.
Something I have learned from my patients is: I have learned I very much enjoy meeting, listening to, and helping each individual person. Everyone has a unique story and what brings them to my office and I learn something new during these exchanges.
