What is your practice philosophy? I strongly believe as a clinician it is my responsibility to understand my patients current health in their context, and provide evidence based recommendation which are practical and workable to help them improve their health outcomes. I also believe in a strong team based care.

Something I've learned from my patients is: Each patient is unique and their medical conditions are best understood in their social, cultural, economic and religious context.
One of the challenges of this career that I enjoy is (and why)? There are many different ways to help patients achieve their health goals, and while it is challenging, it is also rewarding to figure out which way works for each of my patients.
My personal health goal is: To run a marathon.
What's the best thing you've done for your health or the best health advice you've received? Incorporating whole foods in my cooking.
What are you most proud of: My two wonderful children.
What are a few of your personal achievements: Working hard and overcoming challenges to pursue further medical training in order to help my patients better.
