What is your practice philosophy? I try to treat everyone as an individual, listen to their story so that I can help to provide them with the best care for them and their family and provide a safe environment.
Why did you become a provider? When did you know this was the career for you? It was always a goal for me to become a NP when I started nursing. However, it took many years as an RN before I could make this dream come true. This is a role I feel that I can do my best at in caring for patients and their families.
Something I have learned from my patients is: Everyone has needs and wants to be listened to.
