What is your practice philosophy? My practice philosophy is to partner with my patients. I believe it is my job to provide patients with all their available options and decide together how to best address their concerns.
If I wasn’t a provider, I would be a: If I wasn’t a provider I would be a food critic because I love exploring new restaurants.
Why did you become a provider? When did you know this was the career for you? I knew OB/GYN was the career for me after spending a month working with an OB/GYN in medical school. I loved all of the dynamics of women’s health including surgery, helping women in clinic through all phases of their life and delivering babies.
My personal health goal is: My personal health goal is to take the time to work out at least 3 days a week.
What is the best thing you’ve done for your health or the best health advice you’ve received? The best thing I have done for my health is to try and get 7-8 hours of sleep a night.
