What is your practice philosophy? My practice philosophy is to take time to listen to my patients and their needs. Educate and explain injuries in a way that patients understand. Then, use evidence based medicine and the latest advancements in medicine to help develop a unique plan that best fits their Injury, lifestyle, and needs.

If I wasn't a provider, I would be a: An Athletic Trainer. Before deciding to attend PA school, I was an Athletic Trainer and loved my experience working with athletic related orthopedic injuries and being in a competitive environment.

Something I have learned from my patients is: Listen and truly care about my patient and their needs, and make sure they understand what is going on with their injuries and overall health. Overall, be a good patient advocate to help empower my patients.

My personal health goal is: To complete my first marathon in the next year.

What is the best thing you've done for your health or the best health advice you've received? Move your body for 30 minutes everyday- walk, run, yoga, dance, weight lift, run around chasing your kids, Whatever you want.
